The Challenge

Wholesale buyers were seeing the same pricing as retail customers, which created confusion and discouraged bulk orders.

Ann Webb Skin Clinic & Institute experienced issues with selling products in bulk quantities on their Shopify store. Their wholesale buyers were supposed to receive special prices and free shipping, as they were purchasing in large quantities; however, they didn’t have an option to display these deals properly. This led to a difficult situation for them to run both B2B and D2C operations simultaneously. 

Also, they wanted regular shoppers and big buyers to have different, personalized experiences on the site.
